Re: [Codehaus] Subscription confirmation for user@btm.codehaus.org

Hi, upon starting our server (BTM 2.1.1) we see it constantly hangs at this point:

java.lang.Thread.State: RUNNABLE

       at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleStatement.executeQuery(OracleStatement.java:1736)
       - locked <0x00002aab539258d0> (a oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection)
       at oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleStatementWrapper.executeQuery(OracleStatementWrapper.java:1279)
       at oracle.jdbc.xa.OracleXAResource.recover(OracleXAResource.java:1138)
       at bitronix.tm.recovery.RecoveryHelper.recover(RecoveryHelper.java:103)
       at bitronix.tm.recovery.RecoveryHelper.recover(RecoveryHelper.java:61)

       at bitronix.tm.BitronixTransactionManager.<init>(BitronixTransactionManager.java:64)
       at bitronix.tm.TransactionManagerServices.getTransactionManager(TransactionManagerServices.java:62)

This just suddenly happened on a normally well running app upon a restart after regular maintenance. Dont know why this would happen on working code.

Any pointers would help,
Thanks!

This stack trace shows that your thread is stuck in the JDBC driver's network layer.

Something must have changed recently: the JDBC driver's version, a patch applied or a major change on the DB server, a network change...

I believe the problem is not in the app but in its environment.
